Orders on working days before 5 pm are shipped the same day. So the next day already at home! 

PostNL Track & Trace

With registered mail, the contents of your package are insured against loss or damage. After your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with a PostNL Track & Trace code with a registered / parcel shipping. With this code you can track your order on the PostNL website. Orders over € 50 are always shipped for free.  
Delivery:
Within the Netherlands, a PostNL delivery person offers the registered order to the delivery address. If you are not able to accept the order, you will receive a message from PostNL.
With this message you can schedule a new delivery appointment on the PostNL website, have your order delivered to the neighbors or have the order delivered to a PostNL point. NB: this must be done before 10 p.m. on the day of the first delivery attempt.
If you do not use the above options, your order will be offered again the next delivery day. If you again cannot receive the order, the order will be taken to a PostNL point where you can pick it up during the next 3 weeks, before it is returned to Juwelier GewoonElwin
Delivery time: Your order will be processed and shipped the same day (if in stock). If the desired product is not in stock, the delivery time will be 2a3 working days. You will be kept informed of the delivery time

Return your order

During the reflection period, the consumer will handle the product and packaging with care. He will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether he wishes to keep the product. If he exercises his right of withdrawal, he will return the product with all accessories and - in the original condition and packaging to the entrepreneur, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by the entrepreneur. The product is sent to you in a transparent bag, if it is damaged or opened, you can no longer return the product. Do you have questions? feel free to contact us.
